Mrs. Opal C. Wilson, 76, of 205 Wilhot, died at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday (May 28, 1975) at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James (Alberta) Fenters of Crawfordsville. Death was due to a stroke. Born June 15, 1898, in Montgomery County, she was the daughter of Albert and Bessie Monroe Chesterson. She had lived in Montgomery County all of her life. Mrs. Wilson was a member of the First Baptist Church at Crawfordsville. Other survivors include a son, Gy of LaGrange Tex. two sisters, Mrs. Carroll (Gladys) Jarvis of Indianapolis and Mrs. Paul (June) Jones of Crawfordsville; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. A sister preceded her in in death. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Thomas Funeral Home in Waynetown, with the Rev. Tom True officiating. Burial will be in Wesley Cemetery east of Waynetown. Friends will be received after 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
